A personal service is provided to the Funder/Broker to assist them in supplying the right vehicle and specification, including ancillary fitments and extras. Our staff are experienced and trained in all aspects of vehicle specifications & legislation and they are experts on all commercial vehicles especially conversions such as Dropside , Tippers, Luton bodied vehicles, and any other specialised requirements needed.

The rental administration team process sold units from the point of order to the point of the final hand over to the end user, by doing so this gives the team a complete understanding of all parts of the process which contributes to an efficient and high level of service. The rental team also manage a stock pool of up to one thousand vehicles which is constantly cycled month by month, so that trends in the market are followed and to ensure that sufficient stock is maintained for our customers. Rental orders delivery are usually via transporter.

Individual corporate deliveries are carried out by our in house professional team of company drivers who carry out a full inspection of the new unit before leaving our PDI depot and contact the customer /end user to inform them that their new unit is on its way to them. A full, detailed handover is carried out when the unit is delivered. All the information is captured on the drivers tablet at the point of delivery which is uploaded to our system so the Funder/Broker can have all the documents they require on the day of delivery.
