PDI
All real time data from the vehicles progress throughout the PDI process is automatically uploaded. The PDI teams carry out the preparation and customisation of vehicles before delivery. Our staff have received industry standard training in diagnostics and software updates for each make and model.
Vehicle Progress & Storage
The Greenhous software development team have constructed a bespoke vehicle management system. This involves each vehicle’s unique chassis number being scanned, tagged and recorded.
All vehicles can be located anywhere on site with GPS tracking. Vehicles are stored across the site at High Ercall on Cell Web matting, providing a stable and clean surface.
Valeting & Distribution
Prior to delivery, vehicles receive a professional valeting service and a final quality control check. Cars and commercial vehicles depart via transporters daily to Greenhous Fleet customers across the UK. We also deliver to our corporate customers via our special team of professional drivers.

Greenhous Fleet Services has sites in High Ercall, Fenton, Cold Meece, Livingston, Henstridge and Upper Heyford. All sites can store at least 2,000 vehicles. Our locations provide safe, secure storage for fleet vehicles. This can offer peace of mind to businesses with larger fleets, especially when vehicles are not always in use.
Our storage facilities are built to handle large numbers of vehicles. All sites have secure fencing and monitoring systems. We use inventory systems to track every vehicle, keeping them safe and easy to access when needed. Whether you need short-term storage before vehicle delivery, or longer-term storage to support your business operations, we can offer flexible solutions to suit you.
Our operations team are available to talk through our national fleet services, and how we can support your business. Before vehicles are delivered, we make sure they are fully prepared. This includes carrying out updates, compliance checks and full Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI). This means every vehicle meets the required standards and is ready to use straight away.
We also provide professional valeting services, making sure vehicles are clean and presented to a high standard before handover. Our team carefully cleans and inspects each vehicle to a professional standard before approval. For businesses operating across the UK, or from multiple sites, we can also coordinate national vehicle delivery. Our professional drivers can deliver vehicles directly to your chosen locations, reducing downtime and simplifying the process.
